Dried Beef Tripe is a true classic among natural Dog Chews. There continues to be a real hype around particularly good tripe, as dogs absolutely love it. Our Beef Tripe comes exclusively from German cattle and, thanks to its slow and very gentle drying process, is particularly high-quality and a real delicacy for all dogs.

Why is our tripe hailed as a true vitamin bomb? Tripe refers to the largest of the three forestomachs of cattle. In this forestomach, divided into several chambers, ingested food is fermented. Here, the cattle's plant-based food is broken down by microorganisms, allowing grass, leaves, etc., to be more easily digested and utilized. Green (unwashed) tripe therefore still contains a very high level of valuable plant residues, vitamins, and enzymes. These adhering residual contents not only contain abundant Vitamin A, B-complex vitamins, Vitamin C, D, and E, and numerous minerals and trace elements, but are also an absolute delicacy for dogs in terms of taste. What might be a bit unusual for our human noses at first is pure delight for dogs.

Our green Beef Tripe is gently preserved using the proven drying method of dehydration. Water is slowly extracted from the fresh tripe, ensuring that its aroma, as well as numerous minerals and nutrients, are almost completely retained, and the tripe becomes pleasantly crispy. Naturally, our Beef Tripe is also completely natural, without the addition of chemical dyes, preservatives, or fillers like grains. This also makes a difference – there is hardly a healthier and more flavorful reward for dogs.
