Our horse tendons for dogs are truly versatile. Not only are they incredibly tasty and make a satisfying crunch when chewed, but they also support our dogs’ natural dental health.

Highly digestible and hypoallergenic
Dog Chews are considered hypoallergenic, meaning they contain few to no potentially allergenic proteins. This is because, in most cases of food allergies, dogs have an allergic reaction to a specific protein. However, since dogs typically have little exposure to horse meat, it is considered an “exotic” protein source that poses virtually no risk of an allergic reaction. In addition, natural, non-industrially processed chew treats are easier to digest and are very well utilized by dogs. So these treats won’t weigh heavily on your dog’s stomach!

Who are our horse tendons suitable for?
Completely natural, they provide a species-appropriate activity, especially for small and medium-sized dogs. For large dogs, we recommend our slightly sturdier horse Achilles tendons.

Nutritional Value and Benefits:
Horse tendons are particularly low in fat and are therefore ideal for dogs that are carrying a few extra grams. Even small and young dogs have a lot of fun with our horse tendons and can chew away happily. This naturally tires out our four-legged friends, relaxes them, and releases pent-up energy.

Size and Natural Characteristics:
Our horse tendons are approximately 10–25 cm long. They are purely natural products that undergo no further processing other than being cut to size and gently dried. As a result, there may be variations in appearance and length.

Please note: The sinew may shrink slightly as it dries, resulting in shorter but sturdier pieces. This depends largely on the raw material and cannot always be prevented.

The drying process takes place in Germany.
